The year is 2015; welcome to a modernized Japan. Mostly the same, Japan has become a central hub for humanity. People from all over the world are migrating there and. It is here we find the heroine of our story.
Having acquired Sakura's genes, Seraphina stumbled upon the book in her mother's library. Curiosity got the better of her and she opened it, thus releasing all the Sakura cards. The infamous key was handed over to her and now Seraphina must gather the Sakura Cards. However, things are rarely that simple, right?
A group that calls themselves the Darkcaptors are seeking out the Sakura Cards as well. Only they aren't planning on keeping them sealed, quite the contrary. Their leader, Luchia, is planning something much more devious.
It's up to Seraphina and the rest of the Cardcaptors and their Guardians to thwart Luchia's plans and regain all the Sakura Cards. It's bound to be the fight of a lifetime.
